Customer Service - Data Entry - Sales Support Clerk
Shift hours: 6:30 - 3:00 or 7:00 - 3:30
Process and enter Sales Orders / Work Orders . Enter quotations and RMAs for sales staff. Answering incoming calls and forward to appropriate person. Enter sales notes into ACT database. Assist with various tasks from Sales Staff as needed.
Strong attention to detail. Experience with data entry a must. Must have low error rate and the ability to check and correct your mistakes.
This position has multiple duties so being able to multi-task is a must.
